Why does my asus laptop battery finshes fast ?
i have asus laptop and i have to put the power on or in 3 min it will shut down it wasint like this before so i have to put the power cable for it or it will shut down why is this happing Thank You
How can I reset my asus laptop battery to original?
I purchased this laptop a little over a year ago, it is still under warranty, however I am not in the state which I purchased the laptop and best buy is giving me a hard time over my receipt being misplaced. I just want to know if I can try reseting the battery to default or something. warning says " 97 % charged, but to consider replacing my battery" . If I do not have my laptop plugged in it shuts down suddenly after about 20 minutes.Please help Thanks so much Thank you, Jim. I'm going to try that

I got gum on my laptop's battery package on the outside and when i tried to charge it it wouldn't work. It doesnt even have the lights. Asus laptop battery not charging?
I bought a refurbished asus laptop back in august. It worked fine until november when the battery stopped charging, I ignored it for a while until I finally replaced it back in January with a 12 cell. This worked until about two days ago when the 12 cell stopped charging. It went from giving me 10 hours of power to giving me no time at all I unplug it and it shuts off . Is there a way I can fix this problem without having to buy batteries every couple months?
Asus Laptop Battery not working right?
I bought an Asus Pro5DIJ last summer from Tigerdirect.com. Last month my laptop had died, I plugged it in and let it charge when it was turned off and then turned it on a few hours later and unplugged it. 1 1 2 hours later it was close to being dead agian so plugged it in and 10 minutes later it died. Now the only way i can charge it is if it is turned off and plugged in. The Laptop will not charge when it is plugged in if the battery is even 1 % from being full

I accidentally pressed some buttons making my brothers laptop switch from charging to battery mode. It says it's plugged in but not charging. How do I change it back?I don't know the buttons I pressed. Otherwise I would have. Duh.
