Problem with ram upgrade on asus laptop?
I bought a u43f laptop 6 months ago. It runs windows 7. It came with 4 gb of ram, and I wanted a little more speed so I upgraded it to 8 gb. I upgraded the ram a week ago and ever since my latop keeps crashing. I decided to try and use the restore disk that came with the computer and that wouldn't even work till I put the old ram back in. I even tried updating all dricers and I am still having problems. The computer is recognizing the ram. What do I need to do to get it to work. I tried calling tech support but I can't understand a thing they say
Asus laptop white wallpaper?
for some reason, whenever my laptop sleeps, and i open it the wallpaper would change into a white asus wallpaper, even though i keep changing the wallpaper, the wallpaper would just turn into a white asus wallpaper after i open it from sleep, plus the taskbar would scroll down whenever i dont touch it.
How to unlock keyboard on Asus laptop?
The keypad on my laptop just stopped working as I was writing a story. I shut the computer off and back on to see if it would fix itself, but that was a bad idea because now I cant type my password to log back into the computer. So I'm stuck with just a keyboard and nothing to click on on the screen. Help? I don't know how to unlock it.

I'm unable to re install uninstall the drivers when it is not showing up in the Device Manager. Few days back, the camera is working fine and I can see 'Imaging Devices' category. Now, the camera is not working and I cannot see 'Imaging Devices' category. This is a very weird problem. Sometimes the camera is working, sometimes the camera is not. I've tried reformatting the whole laptop to its' default factory recovery but this problem is still happening. Also I dont know how to give you a reply on your post, cant find any reply button, so I'm writing this in my question
Weird sound from ASUS laptop?
I recently bought an ASUS laptop, and it has been making weird sounds. Randomly, it would make a small rumbling noise for about 10 seconds the sound is like when you insert a disk and it is running and after about 10 seconds, it makes a slight noise that sounds like a pur or a fart. It goes on over and over for at least 10 20 minutes. How can I fix this?

ASUS laptop keeps crashing:(?
Okay so i've had an ASUS laptop for about a year and a half now and all of the sudden whenever i turn it on it just crashes. i turn it on and it stays on for about 2 minutes but you cant open any programs. then it just shuts off.. the screen turns blue and it says the system shut down etc and then restarts and it starts all over again. what do i do? someone help me please thanks so muchh< 3

So on my asus laptop I have a thing called asus live update. One time there was a couple of recommended updates that I did, and I was not happy with the results. So I did a system restore and ignored the updates. Now it says there are 6 recommended but not required updates Asus live update utilityAI recovery utilityamd chipset driver I think this was the update that I didn't like life frame3 utilitypower4gear hybrid utilityasus splendid video enhancement technology this was the other one, I think I'm just wondering if I should download any of these or ignore them? I also read in some forums I found that I should completely remove Asus Live Update. Any advice please?Me not liking the results of an update does not mean I have a virus. The update that I did a long time ago changed the way my screen looked and I didn't like it.
