Choosing A Laptop Homepage

Question: I had to use the recovery disc with my asus laptop and now it won't detect any internet. how can i fix this?

My laptop had an error with the registry so I was told by Best Buy to use the recovery disc. I did and now my laptop won't detect the ethernet cable I have plugged into it. It worked in the past but now it won't If it helps, I'm currently running Vista.

Did you try reinstalling the network drivers? Then again, usually you wouldn't need to...

Check your mac address. if it is 00:00:00:00:00 then u need ti fix that. I don't remember how so I can't help u
