Turn it off, turn it back on. Reboot means to restart.

Reboot as in reformat to factory settings? like you bought it new? insert recovery DVD's or press F8 / F11 when you first boot your computer ( if you have a recovery partition)

Hold the power switch down for a few seconds and it should turn off. Then press it again and it should turn back on.

First install utorrent, leave it if youve already got limewire or frostwire installed. utorrent.com/ then go here and download the recovery disk and burn it to a dvd with an image burning program, use it to re-install vista, use the product key labelled on your laptop neosmart.net/ blog/ 2008/ windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/ 32bit one, when the downloads completed goto my documents > downloads folder [not download folder]
