Best Buy Laptop Return Policy?
Hi, I am going to buy a new Laptop soon and I was wondering if, I feel I don't like it within 14 days, can I be able to return it? Also, if I do return it, will I have to pay their 15 % restocking fee? BTW, will they be asking me why I am returning it? Can I just say I don't like it? Thanks.

I bought it 4 weeks ago but it was on vacation for 2. Its a toshiba satellite a665 s6070 and has been freezing every since i bouoght it. I payed for geek squad to open it first and install protection and clean it up of unecessary things. I have also found eveidence of plenty of other people with the same laptop with the same problem
