Can i renew my best buy laptop warranty?

Best buy, laptop,.warranty for damage hardware or Coffee spills, got a virus..can't access computer..de fragm?
Guys need your help, pronto..warranty for damage not virus..what do I do..?you see I bought a laptop at best buy, bought norton antivirus and got a virus, that does not permit to acces to the main page. What I mean is that I was told that I need to defragment the whole system, have warranty for damage or coffee spills, .....What can I do, so the warranty for damage can cover a new laptop, without them knowing that it was a virus, thank you....help, please

What Does Best Buy Laptop Warranty Cover?
I bought my laptop with the basic 2 year warranty almost 2 years ago. The warranty is gonna expire next week. The warranty only covers stuff that goes wrong with the computer. It does not cover accidental damage. The only thing wrong is my laptop has a line that appeared a few months ago right through the middle of the screen and also the bottom side gets too hot sometimes. I don't know if that is normal or not. Can anybody help me and tell me what the Best Buy 2 Year Warranty covers? I'm gonna take it in tomorrow but i just wanted to know before i went there AND DO I NEED A RECEIPT BECAUSE I DONT HAVE IT ANYMORE?

so i kept getting a blue screen, i took it to best buy and they insist my comp has viruses... and its not covered under my warranty i bought.. i had 3 ppl tell me its hardware.. is it possible best buy is lying to me to get money out of me? my friend did the restore and got all new softwear put on the comp, and im still getting a blue screen.. is my warranty still good even tho my friend did the restore?he did everything.. my comp will work for a hour or so then get a blue screen and shut off..
