How do i remove ad. from a best buy laptop?
when i bought the laptop Sony Vaio , the Best buy agent asked " if i'd like them to remove a couple stuff frm my new laptop, eg ads etc for $80" i said no. Now, the top of my desk top has a little pop out thing that keep on poping out ads, like news, sports, etc....also at times it would pop up out the lower right corner of ma pc...plz help?
Anybody know which is the best buy laptop from which ? price £400.00 £600.00 15/17 screen thanks.?

im thinking about ordering an asus laptop from best buy. it has 4gb of ram 500gb hard drive. a 15 in screen. fingerprint pad. dual core i3 and its 500 dollars which isn't bad. i heard best buy has there on programs on there laptops and you cant get them off.

I dropped my laptop screen broke, internal components fell out and broke, broken HDD , and purchased an ADH PSP policy, which covers accidental damage. Do I get a replacement computer, and do I have to return my old hard drive with my broken laptop to get a replacement?for security purposes, can you keep your old HDD?
Do Best Buy laptops come with an Operating system back up disc?
My ACER Laptop recently was infected with a virus and is slightly unusable I always get the BSOD . It didn't come with a Vista OEM backup DVD CD one that will actually re install windows , so if I wipe the hard drive I would have to buy a new operating system. Do Best Buy Laptops come with this type of Operating system back up disc, that could re install Windows after the hard drive is wiped, in case of a virus? Like the actual disc that you get when you buy windows, or a backup of it. Will it only come with it if you buy in store, or is it also included if you ship to store? Thanks Thanks for all the help The f8 thing would have worked but my computer couldn't locate the back up it must've been damaged. I am going to contact acer and buy the recovery CD for $20. Do Best Buy laptops come with Microsoft Office installed?
Do they? Not just a 60 day trial or whatever, but a full installation with Word, Powerpoint, etc. Or do you need to pay extra for it?

Does anyone know how this works? cost, etc I have a laptop that can't start total black screen at all...so I was thinking of taking it to BB to get it repaired.Is it worth it and can they do a good job?btw, I can't get past startup or POST I don't even see the windows logo. The screen is just black 100 % of the time after reboot, etc& the screen turned purple green before it crashed a week ago

I ordered a laptop from best buy and I bought it in store a couple days ago. It was shipped last night and its supposed to be in tomorrow... I was just wondering, since it was shipped last night, if there is a chance it could be in today. Any way?

Best Buy Laptop's+ Security/performance packages?
well today was my birthday and i went out to buy a lap top at best buy. My mom purchased the in store premium security performance which comes with advanced security i think nortan? and a restore disk with a year of vispy protection. it costed an extra 190 220 dollars i think and it added to the original price tag of 700. Im very stingy when people buy gifts for me and this was just to much. For anyone is all this virus protection crap really worth it? I mean cant i just make a restore disk myself? Im not good with computers but im surei can google it. Also im not sure if they formatted it yet but can i return and deny the package? Also is paying off a laptop hard? Can you pay monthly with no interest? i dont want to give my parents a hard time. As you can see i am not a spoiled kid and dislike spending so much money.Thanks please answer fastgiving best answer

Best Buy Laptop Return Policy?
Hi, I am going to buy a new Laptop soon and I was wondering if, I feel I don't like it within 14 days, can I be able to return it? Also, if I do return it, will I have to pay their 15 % restocking fee? BTW, will they be asking me why I am returning it? Can I just say I don't like it? Thanks.
