Are best buy laptops good.?
im thinking about ordering an asus laptop from best buy. it has 4gb of ram 500gb hard drive. a 15 in screen. fingerprint pad. dual core i3 and its 500 dollars which isn't bad. i heard best buy has there on programs on there laptops and you cant get them off.

Do Best Buy laptops come with an Operating system back up disc?
My ACER Laptop recently was infected with a virus and is slightly unusable I always get the BSOD . It didn't come with a Vista OEM backup DVD CD one that will actually re install windows , so if I wipe the hard drive I would have to buy a new operating system. Do Best Buy Laptops come with this type of Operating system back up disc, that could re install Windows after the hard drive is wiped, in case of a virus? Like the actual disc that you get when you buy windows, or a backup of it. Will it only come with it if you buy in store, or is it also included if you ship to store? Thanks Thanks for all the help The f8 thing would have worked but my computer couldn't locate the back up it must've been damaged. I am going to contact acer and buy the recovery CD for $20. Best buy laptop return policy?
I bought it 4 weeks ago but it was on vacation for 2. Its a toshiba satellite a665 s6070 and has been freezing every since i bouoght it. I payed for geek squad to open it first and install protection and clean it up of unecessary things. I have also found eveidence of plenty of other people with the same laptop with the same problem

What Does Best Buy Laptop Warranty Cover?
I bought my laptop with the basic 2 year warranty almost 2 years ago. The warranty is gonna expire next week. The warranty only covers stuff that goes wrong with the computer. It does not cover accidental damage. The only thing wrong is my laptop has a line that appeared a few months ago right through the middle of the screen and also the bottom side gets too hot sometimes. I don't know if that is normal or not. Can anybody help me and tell me what the Best Buy 2 Year Warranty covers? I'm gonna take it in tomorrow but i just wanted to know before i went there AND DO I NEED A RECEIPT BECAUSE I DONT HAVE IT ANYMORE?

Are Best Buy laptops any good?
There are the Best Buy laptops that I am thinking of getting one because it shows " good" specs and all, but i doubt they are even any good at all seeing as they are about $450. Do Best Buy laptops come with Microsoft Office installed?
Do they? Not just a 60 day trial or whatever, but a full installation with Word, Powerpoint, etc. Or do you need to pay extra for it?

How do i remove ad. from a best buy laptop?
when i bought the laptop Sony Vaio , the Best buy agent asked " if i'd like them to remove a couple stuff frm my new laptop, eg ads etc for $80" i said no. Now, the top of my desk top has a little pop out thing that keep on poping out ads, like news, sports, etc....also at times it would pop up out the lower right corner of ma pc...plz help?

Best Buy Laptop Repair?
The LCD screen on my laptop died, and I'm taking it into Best Buy to get it repaired, because my warranty is good for another 6 months. But, I have a lot of music I downloaded off limewire, and other things. If the person who looks at my laptop finds this out, can they do anything to me?

I am going to buy a G50Vt X5 laptop later this month and I heard if you buy your laptop from Costco they are offering Windows 7 with it on June 26 and I was wondering if i bought my from Best Buy if I would recieve the same deal and if it would be on a sooner date or later. ASUS G73JH-RBBX05 Best Buy Laptop?
Hi I will be purchasing the the ASUS G73JH from Best Buy in a few days and I was wondering if I will be able to play Microsoft Flight Simulator X on high settings smoothly, with add ons like the PMDG 747 400?
