Question: Best laptop under 600 dollars?

K soo ive been looking around and have found some good dell laptops but ive heard mixed reviews on that brand! im only 13 and just need the computer basically for internet and microsoft word stuff and photo and music! i dont need it for gaming. i would like one with a good quality speaker and a webcam and about a 15.6 inch screen! any help would be appreciated thanx <3
