Question: Cheap laptop/desktop new for $400 or less (decent gaming)?

Im looking for a cheap laptop/ desktop That has decent enough graphics For under $400. I had one with 2g ram windows vista and it couldnt even play wow smoothly. even after set to lowest graphics. So if someone could suggest a laptop/ desktop For me it would be really helpful.
