Choosing A Laptop Homepage

Question: I need a really cheap laptop where should i look?

I have a really good computer but its the family computer and its downstairs. i have been using skype a lot and i really want to just skype in my bedroom. skype would be the only reason i use it. so it basically just needs to have wifi and skype has to work on it. i checked ebay but i dont trust it.... suggestions? help!!
