Question: What would be the cheapest laptop and/or desktop that can run starcraft 2 on ultra/best settings?

Anything with a good graphics card and an average processor with 4 gigs of RAM. I have an nvidia 5650 graphics card, an intel i5 520m processor, and 6 gigs of ram and it can run flawlessly. so find a computer with stuff similar to this, i have an hp dv6 select edition but its not "cheap "
