Choosing A Laptop Homepage

Question: Your opinion on which one of these cheap laptop would be best?

I'm not looking for anything fancy I just need to be able to check my emails and ebay auctions and chat using YM ..I know but are the sh*ts but which one would you choose IF you had too thanks ..P.S I need it to be able to log into the internet right away without buying anything for it laptop is internet ready it is HP n5310, with windowxp.It is only $69, and un perfect working condition 7 " Asus EeePC 701 1GB Ram 8GB SSD Netbook is only $75! Neither of them My opinion: either a Toshiba or a Sony Vaio They say a laptop is only good for like 4-5 years (tops) after that it is a dud. I have owned a Toshiba Satellite, I bought it 7 years ago for less than $500, it is still running like brand new and the battery is outstanding! It automatically updates it self from the Toshibadirect website, and because It had preinstalled Windows XP Home Edition, the software is excellent. My friend owns a Sony Vaio- pink, she loves it. She say the best features are the sound quality(large speakers) and the weight. She says that it is so thin and portable that it can go anywhere. She said that hers is also preinstalled with the Windows XP Home Edition and she says that it is the most reliable software. The computer has not broken down or froze. She has had it for about 7.5 years. She bought hers just after me. I think she said she paid like $575 for it. Still good price! Hope this was able to give you some ideas. Good Luck

I just did a short search for the HP and came up with this: epinions.com/ review/ S0614823-Pavilion_Notebook_N5310/ content_52620070532 And after reading it I think you should go with the newer Asus Netbook. It has more Ram and will work faster thereby making you more happy in the long run. Consider adding a External hard drive to it for music, videos and stuff. It also has a faster proccessor and that is much better than a 2002 laptop.

The Asus has more memory, faster processor, and more Space. only con is smaller screen.. The Asus no questions asked.

It is clear that Asus EeePC 701 is better than Hp n5310. higher processor and bigger ram. although it has less hard drive capacity than hp. but the Asus Eeepc 701 is still faster and better
