Know any good site for custom laptops?
Need to replace my PC and since I'm moving out for University in a few months, I figured I should invest in a Laptop rather than Desktop Don't wan to cart the damn thing back n forth during holidays . I want something decent for general use, possibly light gaming, nothing too serious. So far I have 700 to spend, can probably go a bit higher. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations or websites that are useful for custom built laptops?General use would be Running any relevant software for the course I.e. Adobe packages etc General internet browsing Watching streamed TV shows Gaming such as Command an Conquer or at a stretch, possibly Elder Scrolls games.Any advice is welcome.
How long does it take for hp to ship their custom laptops?
I ordered what I think is a custom built hp laptop from costco. It has really good specs and I for an amazing deal with it so I'm excited. How long will it take to arrive? Will it b delayed because of holiday season? Thanks.

Recently, I've found a great ASUS N53SM N53.It contains an I7 2670qm quad core processor, 16 GB Ram, and 2gb NVidia GT 630M graphics.According to reviews, the original had 8GB of Ram, and only 1GB cardDo custom laptops upgraded that much have higher chance of failing after shorter periods of time?

Where should I go to buy laptop parts to build a custom laptop?
Well I built this computer I'm using a while ago, and now have new aspirations to build a laptop for the convenience school, friends, etc... But I've done many searches and have only found sites for a few of the necessary parts. The main thing I'm looking for is the case enclosure for all the parts, whenever I search " Laptop case" , well it only shows laptop carrying cases, even on Newegg. So where should I go to find my parts? And I'm also interested in graphics cards too, cause knowing me I'll probably start trying to get it to be at least able to max out half life 2 Which isn't very hard to do I know .Any help is appreciated.
Custom Laptop Building?
Hey can you please help me?I recently bought all the parts for a desktop computer and made it from scratch like the Motherboard, Tower, CPU, Memory etc. So I thought that " Well if i wanted to build a custom laptop it would be just as easy." I think i was wrong, because when i look for custom laptop building on the internet LpTop Motherboard, LpTop Memory or LpTop Case I come up with nothing OR the case comes WITH a mother board.OR the case comes WITH somthing that i wanted to purchace SEPERATELY.Is there a website or buisness that allows you to do JUST what i described in the sentence fragments above?
