Question: I need help for my dell laptop computer!?

I hav just recently had a virus that totally wiped out my computer, operating system and all. my parents have reset my parental controls, but cannot change anything anymore. everytime they try to go change something a window pops up saying "Windows needs your administrative password ". there is no place to put the password!! WTF IS WRONG W/ MY COMPUTER?!?!? PLZ HELP!! the problem is that i cannot download live messenger. my account and the parents account are both standard accounts and we cannot change the account type for either one to make it an administrative account...and i kno that the virus knocked files out...i had to wipe out my whole f*ckin computer....no offense to anybody

You need to send your computer somewhere? L0l. Like I have a windows vista.. & I sent my computer recently too hp.com or something. Because my keyboard and other things were messed up cause I broke them lol. So you should try too send it somewhere.. Idk what it's really called but, you should go too the website.. like.. dell.com Or something. I dont know lol. ~Miranda Best answer please. o:

Restart. That's the first thing. If that doesn't work, use system recovery. Usually F10 or F11 while booting, I can't remember.
