Question: Something is wrong with my dell laptop sound?

The only time i could hear something is when i plug in my earplugs. Any kind of help or information with help, thank you.

Your speakers are obviously broken if there isn't any sound coming from it. my nintendo DS had the same problem - only had sound when headphones were plugged in XD. take it to a repair shop.
