Asus eee laptop charger isn't working?
my laptop charger suddenly stopped working last night. i thought it might be hot so i let it sit. it still doesn't work i dont know what to do. a Blue light is on when it is plugged in and the light wont turn on. and its not working when i plug it in. i have had it since december. what is wrong with it??

Cant get java onto my eee laptop please help!!!!!!!?
so i been trying to get java onto my eee laptop i got onto the download screen and it said choose your operating system i dont know what myne is i dont use windows also when i get past the operating system part it says " save file" i click save and it comes up a little box in the corner with the download in i wait for that to download then it gives me two options to remove or open i click open but nothing happensPLEASE HELP

i have an Eee laptop and i tried to connect it to my iMac but it wont let me input the password so i can connect it and everytime i go to a hotspot, it will connect me but notto the internet. is it possible that i can get it connected?

Hi, I was thinking of getting one of the eee laptops my eyes on the 1000HE model and needed to know a few things like does it come with Windows if so, does it include the modern version of Windows Word ? If you buy the optional CD drive, can you upload cds on to iTunes or watch DVDs? Can you install speech to text software on it? Thanks a lot if you know the answers.

Its my wireless signal i just use wifi not a router or anything just wifi. It says internet webpage cant be found for everything. Plz help

My Asus eee laptop won't turn on...?
My laptop won't turn on without the power cord and it doesn't charge, and if I plug in a ubs device like an ipod or flashdrive it turns off even with the power cord connected to it, I don't know what's wrong with it, is it the battery or what please help.

Okay so at first it wounldn't turn on without the power cord or charge, and if it was still conncected to the power cord and I plugged in a ubs device it would turn off. Then someone told me to take out the battery before plugging in the usb device and try different ports and if it still turns off its a short on the motherboard, otherwise its the battery. So I did all that and my laptop stayed on with the ubs device plugged in, but a messaged popped up about a power surge and ubs port exceeing its power or something, so I took out the ubs device, Anway I nocticed that my laptop was charging again and when I took out the power cord it stayed on, does anyone know what happened????

How can I make my laptop louder? All the sound things are at 100 % but it is still hard to hear a movie on WMP when it's RIGHT NEXT TO ME.

Eee Laptop is stuck on windows xp start up page...help?
I have an Eee Laptop and last night the battery ran out before I could hook it up to a power cord. It shut off, so I plugged it up. When I tried to cut it on again, it started like usual, but it won't get past the windows xp loading screen. When I cut on the computer, there are some options to choose from Safe modeSafe mode with networkingSafe mode with comman promptLast know good configurationStart windows normally.None of them have worked.Since the laptop doesn't have a cd drive, I can't upload and software or whatever, so that won't work.Any suggestions?If I press F2, it will take me to the setup menu Bios setup utility but idk what to do there. There's a main tab, an advanced tab, a security tab, a boot tab, and then an exit tab.

I turn on the laptop,it shows the ASUS logo screen,then turns black and comes up with a silver cursor in the left hand top. The f8 solution does NOT work, when i press f8 nothing happens, even repeatedly , so PLEASE do NOT say as a solution.
