Hi they said on the west country itv news that families who live in the cornwall area are eligible for a free laptop/ computer with 1 year free internet. How do I get this for my children as I have low income for my family . Thank you

I believe this is just a proposal not for just the West country, but nationwide. I don't think the scheme is operational just yet.
