You have a few options here. These websites are: 1. A scam 2. A place that requires you to buy items from them, and get "points " to qualify for your free laptop. Thus it is not really free. 3. (Really just another part of 2) The free laptop is sometimes a piece of under-powered junk.

Yes, it's a free laptop, after you complete this program, which cost more than the laptop would have it you follow it all the way till you are done, people almost never do, so the money is free and they keep their laptop.

Yeah, sadly they usually are, a lot of the time those website will put viruses into your computer if you click on them so beware

They get your e-mail address and then sell it to other con artists.
