Most of the offers to get free computers that you see on the web are semi scams. You have to buy something before you get that laptop. Everyplace has different availablity. Contact you social services, your church, the social services that are part of a church. Actually computers get old fast. And people donate the old ones to charity sometimes. You just have to look around your community. If you were in Northern Kentucky I know where one is.
