Question: Free laptop, is this a scam or not?

The website looked professional. I decided "what the heck " and I went for it. At the end, they had a list of offers like "download this software " the site said I had to complete 2 offers before I could get my laptop. I am pretty sure this is a scam, is it?

Any website that won't let you leave without yelling at you is probably a scam.
