Question: I also have an hp laptop and its also broken but this one wont even turn on!?

When i press the on button it will light up blue for like a minute the screen is black then it stops lighting up blue it will blink a few times then it stops lighting up blue then it does it again and during it the screen is black the whole time it wont even like change to a lighter black or anything its just like it is off. . . idk wat to do!! its fully charged and the charger is in while i do ths |
