Choosing A Laptop Homepage

Question: My hp laptop has gone black after startup but i can see the icons just a little bit tho...?

After I startup my laptop I see and hear it turn on but I don't see anything just a blank screen But I really look colsey at the screen I can see the icons and the mouse etc... Is it the hardware??? Please someone help me!! I'm about to cry!!

Is there a key for screen brightness? Try turning it up.

Try running malwarebytes.org if you can at start up - if it does not work you probably need a new motherboard, at which time you might as well shop for a new laptop unless under warrenty yet
