Selling old IBM Laptop - Part out or sell complete?
I have an IBM T40 laptop that is about 4 years old. Recently it began freezing up, and after some testing I believe it's a hardware problem with the motherboard. I want to sell the laptop on ebay, but don't know if I am better off selling it complete, stating that it's being sold 'as is' and it doesn't work properly all of the time, or if I should part it out, selling the memory, LCD, keyboard, etc. I want to maximize my profit on the sale, as I recently purchased a new laptop and want to offset some of that expense. Suggestions?
