Choosing A Laptop Homepage

Question: I have a thinkvantage ibm laptop and it won't load windows. how do i fix this?

I turned my laptop on and it says that it didn't shut down properly and when i click " Start Windows Normally " The screen where Windows is loading with the loading blue bar continues to load non- stop. If I try booting it in safe mode it stops at "starting windows " and stays like that. Please Help. Thanks

Try using original Windows CD to boot and then use recovery. I think your Windows registry is screwed up.

Did you try the "last known good configuration " option from the boot options menu? If this doesn't work, you need to do as Sarah says and run the recovery console from your installation CD.
