Question: Ibm laptop does not boot?

My ibm t43 laptop, after i turn it on, will go to that "windows " loading screen but then will not go to login screen or my desktop... it works on safe mode but wont start up normally or "restore last good session "! it just stays on that loading screen until i hit the power button and turn it off... help?!

If it works on safe mode then try to remember the last installed program then have it remove. Reboot your system then check if its working.
