7 month old Dell Inspiron 15R Laptop running extremely slow?
My laptop is 7 months old and has always worked very well up until last night. I was transferring some photos over from my SD card and then I formatted my SD card as it was playing up in my camera. Immediately after my laptop began to slow down. I can hardly open any folders or programs as it freezes.I have up to date antivirus which hasn't picked up anything. I've tried running two system restores through Safe Mode. One worked which restored my laptop to 1 week ago but the laptop was still slow. The second one I tried failed twice which was restoring to a point at the end of June. I have hardly used any of my memory as I store most things on an external hard drive. I've also closed down any processes which are taking up memory but that hasn't fixed it either.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks
