Keys on my left keyboard not working on laptop?
My caps lock key, a, q,z keys do not work. I finally got them to work, but now they tend to act up and not command properly when I type on my laptop. It gets annoying. I tested my drivers and it said it was up to date. Does anyone know what the problem is?I'm using an HP G60 laptop with Windows 7 so far. Its been acting up for a couple of days now and I just want it to stop. I think it probably does have something to do with the hardware and I might get a replacement keyboard soon.
Usb keyboard not working on laptop?
I have a Microsoft Keyboard 3000 and when I plug it into my laptop it doesn't work properly. For example the " P" key does not work. The " C" can only be used in lowercase form. My numberpad only allows me to go up to 6. I mean its a pretty lightly used keyboard no kind of damage that I can see that I bought new. In fact I think I may have used it only once. I tried updating the drivers that didn't work. I tried a unistall install. I'm just not sure what would cause this to happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently running Windows 7 btw. If you need any additional information to help solve the problem you need only ask.
