Question: What are the best laptop bags?

Ideally, I'd like a bag that does it all (wheeled, doubles as a suitcase, detachable backpack) but I've not found such a thing as of yet. Any suggestions on a good bag, or where to find the hard to find stuff (i.e. not target or something, i've tried the obvious).
