My laptop battery life is short?
My laptop battery used to last somewhere around 4 hours, and about a month ago, it dropped to never lasting more that 1 hour, and i don't have any idea why. The battery and computer are only about 1 and a half years old, so i don't think that it is the normal life of the battery that caused this to happen. What is more is that if i allow the battery to discharge to about 20 % and then plug it in, it recharges to about 85 % in just a few minutes. It is a lithium ion battery.Anyway, i feel like the battery should not be dying as quickly as it is based on how old it is and a few other things, so i was wondering if anyone had a similar situation or ideas of a solution. thanks.
