Why is my laptop battery not charging and why is WIFI not working?
how come my laptop is not charging? it say's plugging in, not charging. do I need to change the laptop battery. also the WIFI does not work how could this can be solved? how can I make the WIFI work.not bad word please and thanks for your help.also can some body tell me where can I get a MICROSOFT office 2007 software from free. I've got the activation key from last time I brought for my desktop.thanks...
Hp laptop battery not charging?
my laptop says 57 % and has been like that for 2 hours. its plugged in and says its charging but it hasnt gone up. I noticed this a few days ago when i realized it was charging a lot slower than normal, and now its stuck. Any suggestions why or how to fix?
Why is my laptop battery not charging?
I'm using a Dell Inspiron 1545 running Windows 7. My battery is the standard one that came with the laptop. I just replaced a faulty power cord with a new SPI cord with changeable adapter head. I'm certain that this third party device is at least partially responsible for the problem. I've had to replace my power cord once before, but my laptop battery has never refused to charge. The cord supplies power, and it registers on the battery symbol on my notification area it just wont charge the battery.
Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop battery not charging and wont run off AC power.?
My laptop battery stopped charging. I went and bought a new battery. Again it wouldn't charge. I went and I bought a new Battery Charger. Again it wouldn't charge.If I plug the charger into the laptop a certain direction the led light for the battery flashes orange orange orange then green repeatedly. While these lights flash like this the laptop will power on for a few minutes but then powers back down. They also said it would cost me 400 dollars to have it fixed. I do not have that type of money right now. I paid 1300 dollars for this computer and it is only 4 years old. I refuse to pay any more money for it.Does anyone know a way I can fix this at home?
Dell laptop battery not charging but icon says it's connected?
i have a dell inspiron 1525, that's about 2 yrs old. my battery power icon all of a sudden is stating that the laptop is " plugged in, battery not charging" . i know these batteries don't last forever but it happened all of a sudden. does the battery just go dead like that, that quickly? or should i take it in to a professional to check it for some other power supply issue? if it's just the battery, can i pick one up off ebay or some other aftermarket source or should i pay the rediculous price dell wants for a dell brand battery?
Asus laptop battery not charging?
I bought a refurbished asus laptop back in august. It worked fine until november when the battery stopped charging, I ignored it for a while until I finally replaced it back in January with a 12 cell. This worked until about two days ago when the 12 cell stopped charging. It went from giving me 10 hours of power to giving me no time at all I unplug it and it shuts off . Is there a way I can fix this problem without having to buy batteries every couple months?
Why is my laptop battery not charging? And the charger cuts in and out?
I have the battery in my laptop and the charger plugged in, yet it does not appear that the battery is being charged. I've had the computer for a couple years, but this is the first time I've had this issue. Right now, it says that there is " 11 % available plugged in, charging " yet, every time I recheck it, the percentage of battery power goes down. Sometimes, it will go up a little, but usually it just keeps decreasing until the whole computer finally cuts out. The charger also cuts in and out without me touching it. One minute, it will show that it is plugged in the next minute, I will look and the battery icon will show the little yellow triangle, indicating that the battery is about to go out. This happens even when I'm not even near the computer sometimes.I originally thought it was a problem with the cord. I thought there was a short in it, so I bought a NEW cord. So this is a brand new charging cord... only a couple days old. So I can't understand why it keeps cutting in and out... the same way the old cord did. The cord also came with interchangeable heads... I guess to fit different sized holes. I've tried all of them. They all fit, but I thought that maybe one would be better than another. This hasn't really helped.Also, I replaced the laptop battery as well, because I had noticed that, even when it was plugged in and charging, the battery was still draining. So I started to think that there was a problem with the battery as well. So the new battery is only a couple of days old as well.So, I replaced BOTH of these things in the last couple days, and I am still having the same problem Please help I have an Acer Aspire 6920, if that helps.
Why is my laptop battery not charging?
iv plugged my laptop charger in my laptop, but its not charging.. it says pulugged in,charging but the little battery sign doesnt look like its charging and its still on 0 %. i had it in yesterday and it was charging but then it said plugged in not charging but it charged up to 42 %. i turned on my laptop and now it says 0 %. whats up with it?? how can i fix this?iv had my laptop for about 4 months nowiv tried that when you go to the control panel and click batteries and uninstall and then take the battery out...but when i put it back in it starts chargin for about ten seconds. then stops working again.
Compaq laptop battery not charging.?
I recently bought a new double life battery for my Pessario C700 Compaq laptop. It will not charge past 53 % merely says, Plugged in, not charging , and if the plug in comes undone a little too far, it usually turns off instantly. I tried using the Device Manager method, but that didn't change a thing. When I checked the HP checkup screen, it says its at 90 % charged, the battery is bad, and its too old to be replaced as in it thinks its my old battery . What can I try?

FUJITSU Laptop-battery not charging?
i have recently replaced my battery after the old one went dead.this was sometime in May 2008. It then didnt charge properly and i went back to the service agent and got a new battery. I left the battery to charge overnight and still it isnt charging.It remains stagnant at 12 %. The laptop works fine with the ac adaptor. what could be the problem?
Laptop battery not charging when plugged in?
I have an HP Pavilion dv6000 and the battery isn't charging when it is plugged in. The battery icon on my toolbar flashes the symbol for being plugged in, and then goes back to the one for being on just battery power. It used to work when I rotated or adjusted the power input but that's not working now. How do I fix it? I have Windows 7. Thanks.I've tried to use a different charger. It still didn't work.
Why would a laptop battery not charge when plugged in, but it will turn on?
It will stay on when plugged in, but will not charge. Is it the battery? I am trying to figure out, to me it doesn't seem like the battery would be the problem since when plugged in it works. Oh well any information will help. Thanks
Acer Laptop battery not charging?
My laptop Acer dies when I remove it from the charger. I reaaly love this laptop coz it's small and i can carry it everywhere.When I start charging it up it turns on and dies when I remove the charger. this is after leaving it chargng for a day atleast... it stil dies . What do you guys think is going on?
