i have an acer aspire one d255e netbook and after a scan it said i have a max memory of 2 GB. i currently have 1 GB installed so i plan on purchasing a memory card of 2 GB from crucial . com to compensate.but how do i increase the max GB on my lap top to about say 5 to 10 GB ???.

I have a Macbook, which is not compatible with the program I use at work, which only works with Windows. I would have to work remotely once in a while, in the event of bad weather and such. Laptop computer question?
i didnt know that leaving my computer on the charger 24 7 would pretty much kill my battery. and then the little " X" came across the battery and a little note that said " comsider replacing your battery" i turned off my computer and havent used it since around november devember. since i havent used my laptop after this long time, could i still use and and for how long?if it helps i have an accer

My charger won't charge my Asus laptop computer, what's wrong?
My charger works. It's not the charger. I have other chargers and they all do they same thing. When I plug my charger in to my computer, the green light instantly goes off. The other charger will beep, as if something's wrong. I was told it could be the motherboard. I know I have a dead battery, but even without the battery, I should still be able to use my computer while plugged in, but the cord won't work to it at all.
How can I restore my Alienware laptop computer?
My mx17 R3 was starting to get buggy and slow so I just jumped right in giving it a clean restore from the included Windows 7 disk. I did now know that this would now allow me to reinstall all of the features and programs that came out of the box with alienware. Is there a way that I can somehow still restore to " out of the box" even though i no longer have AlienRespawn? The only formatted partition is the large C drive. The recovery and OEM partitions are untouched.Dell says they can fix the problem remotely for $129, which makes me think that if they can do it remotely shouldn't I be able to do it without them controlling my computer?Thanks for any advice
