Question: Anyone use a laptop desk stand?

I started a new job two months ago and instead of using a desktop computer, I use a laptop. After two months I've noticed I have terrible pain in my neck and lower head, I believe it has to be from looking down at the laptop screen all day. Does anyone know of a good product that will elevate my laptop to make it easier on my neck? We've owned 3 of Laptop Desk brand 'desks', all made from plastic. The original US made one is still in use, though the pivot pin falls out. Chinese made ones - one broke, the other one was retired (too wobbly). I make this point only to ask you to consider a stand made of metal rather than plastic.
