Hi All,I have my dell inspirson 1525 laptop bought 3.5 years before. Now my warranty period is already expired, and facing few issues in my laptop like some times unnecessarily restarting and the battery says it is unplugged not charging. Some times it will charge its quite confusing was exactly the issue. I thought the battery may lost its life and bought a new battery, but no use of the new battery i get the same issue plugged not charging. Now i need help to know how i need to take this further from you guys.option 1 Either my laptop has to be re certified by paying 750 bugs and clear my issues by paying an amount of 5500 for one year warranty.option 2 I like to know whether is there any way that Dell company would exchange my laptop with a fair amount for buying a new one.Please help me out in fixing this.
