Why is my laptop fan loud when I put a CD in?
Just recently I put a DVD inside to watch a movie on my laptop, and a laptop with awesome specs and very quiet, just suddenly becomes loud and it reminded me of my old computer, which freaked me out. Is this normal, or is there something wrong with my laptop and I need to return it to the manufacturer?
HP Laptop Fan Loud as hell?
I bought an HP Pavilion dv6 3250us in the beginning of summer. Now, already, the fan is loud as HELL while I'm just surfing the internet. All I have running is google chrome and yet its running very loud. I closed down most processes and my CPU usage is 100 usually its like 20 % and is still really loud Whats going on? Any ideas?
Vibrating laptop fan. loud.?
so i have had my computer for a while now. and it has been doing this for a while now. and i talked to the computer tech at my school and they said its just cause my computer is hot. and the fan speed is controlled by computer temp hotter faster but now it is doing it all the time. like today when i just got on. ive been on the computer for like....5 min and its already doing this. it can get REALLY loud sometimes. and i want to fix it. it sounds like its vibrating and if i pick my computer up and rotate it or like move it suddenly in the air. during that short movement the sound of the fan stops. then as soon as i stop the quick " shake" it will return to ALVIAHPFIUHA. and so im fairly certain its a vibration problem. thanks
Laptop fan loud/runs all the time?
I have a compaq Evo N620c, its fan makes a loud noise, also it runs alot, more like all the time, even if i am running simple applications, or just doing minimal tasks. I am wondering if this is normal for the fan to work alot like that and if I can do anything to reduce the time the fan is workingi usually leave it working all the day, when i dont need it i just put it on standby, i never turn if off or hibernate it during the day..don't know if this has anything to do with it.
Laptop Fan loud when turning on laptop in Cold weather?
I have a Dell e1505 from 2006.Since my heater is not working right now, my home is really cold. Whenever I turn on my laptop, the fan turns on and it's rather loud. After a few seconds, it goes off and my computer is just fine.Perhaps this could be that my PC is just a little bit too cold?In one occasion when I turned my laptop on, the fan went crazy Plus it slowed my PC to a halt. I had to force it to shut down and restart again. The air coming of the fan was really cold.Hopefully it's nothing but the cold temperature, but I'm backing up my files to be safe
Laptop Fan loud when Laptop is plugged in?
So, It's running cool all the time, but when It's not plugged in the fan is just normal. However whene I plug it into the wall the fan gets super loud. Any ideas?? Thanks
Why is my laptops fan louder than usual?
Normally it would be steady and somewhat quite unless im on it for an extended amount of time. Now its loud and sounds like its off balance or something. Does my laptop need a repair? And how much would this cost?My laptop is HP and i bought it the summer of 2009.
Laptop Fan loud occasionally?
I have a 2.5 year old laptop, and very occasionally, the fan is really loud until I restart it. I imagine that the fan is a bit tilted and is rubbing against something, or isnt spinning fast enough. would a can of compressed air clear out the 2.5 years worth of dust enough to make a difference?and there are two fans, one is always spinning, and the other spins whenever I run a graphic intense game, or at least i assume so. should both fans always be spinning?
Laptop fan louder than it used to be.?
My laptop's fan is considerably louder than it used to be. I am not having any other computer issues at the moment but is this something I should be concerned about?
