HP laptop fan making noises?
My HP laptop, which is about 7 months old is starting to make grinding clicking noise. It temporarily gets better if a tilt the laptop, but otherwise won't stop making noises. I've identified the problem as the laptop fan, but how do i fix it?

my laptop fan sounds perfectly fine when i first start it, im not exactly sure but it seems to me as it needs to kick in more as the computer gets warmer it starts making a noise as if its hitting something. and only gets faster and louder.......the baffling part is when i first turn it on for about 5 min its fine...any suggestions.

I have a Dell AMD Athlon.Sometimes the fan starts to get loud. It doesn't do it all the time. It happens about once a month. Otherwise it's fine. Is this something I should be concerned about or am I just staying on too long and making it overheat? I don't know a lot about computers...

My 2 yr old hp laptop's fan starts making noise after about 1 hr of use . The laptop is also boiling hot by that time...Is it normal doubt it ? If not, how can i solve this problem...My room is not airconditioned and room temperature is around 35 deg C ... I keep it on for atleast 15 hrs a day
Laptop fan makes noise when running, what should i do?
The fan on my gateway m675 laptop is making a really loud noise. The fan noise is not loud cause my laptop is running hot, but a physical problem with the fan. If you look at the fan you'll see no problems and if you take it out of the place in the laptop it runs fine. It's when it's in there it makes a noise like the fan is rubbing against something. Not sure what to do. Tried compressed air and nothing. I need help

ok i have a 1151nr hp mini 1gb ram 1.60cpu and i had to go to the bathroom and i don't have a battery just cord so i turned it off by holding the power switch and now my fan keeps making noises i am really scared if it is broken plz tell me if it will go away by the next day or if i should let it rest or if i can ignore it or if this is a really big problem plz help
Acer Laptop fan making noises!?
Hi, i have an Acer aspire 5920 and in the past 3 days i have noticed that there was a weird noise coming from my computer. i figured out what it was..its the fan. the noise only comes when the fan turns on. what do you think might be the problem? i wiggled around a few wires and it stopped for about 2 minutes and went back to it. its really dusty, but could that be causing the noises? the noise is like a buzzing rattling noise. sounds somewhat like a dirtbike, not just not quite as loud. oh and also, it makes my computer vibrate slightly. do you think the fan could be going out? or what? and what should i do about it? please help im just a young'un lol should i just tell my parents? they really hate when my stuff gets messed up, they always think its my fault...BUT I DIDNT DO ANYTHING and they really hate spending money, especially on stuff they think i messed up...what should i do?future failure, meaning?ok yeah its not doing it so bad anymore...it probably just needs to be cleanedgrrr, well now its doing it again
Laptop Fan making Noise when in charge?
I have an HP laptop very new 5 months old and when its in charging mode and turned on after a few minutes the fan starts to make noise, its getting irritated because i plug my laptop when i use and when i take the charger off the noise stops and when i plug the charger back in the noise starts again whats going on? how can i stop this noise? its not any scrappy noise just like fan going really fast.
Laptop fan making noise after cleaning with compressed air?
So a little while ago my laptop started making these strange grinding noises from time to time, and I figured the fan was dirty or something. So I bought a can of compressed air and cleaned it. Now my problem is, after I put it all together, the noise became worse and I have no idea why. I've removed all dust and checked if there's something touching the fan, but I cant find anything. Any suggestions?
