My asus laptop gets hot and slow when I look at videos.?
Whenever I go on youtube my laptop gets really hot and slow. I used to just put it on my bed now I have it on a laptop holder designed to let the air flow properly, however it is still slow and hot. It is also very hot and slow when I am now on youtube. Help me please

I just got my new Hp lap top for my birthday like 2 months ago and it gets Hot really fast like if i use it for like 20mins its starts get really hot so idk is somthing wrong with it i have it on power saver so i dont no if thats it or not

New laptop gets hot quickly I dont use it for gaming!?
It wasent this bad when i got it 3 weeks ago, i was using it on my bed and it wasent this bad, now i have it proped up and vetilated well, but it still gets hot and very slow freezes randomly. it gets worse everyday I tried taking the battery out the battery doesnt work and just using ac power but it is still slow and the fan comes on alot.its an HP compaq 8230. I dont have the money to buy a laptop fan.. What can I set the power options to if i dont need the battery? And why is it so slow and hot? and what can i do to keep it cool?I got it refurbished. It was on display for a while like 3 months in the shop,plugged in. But when we got it it was reallly fast, and it has slowed down only since the three weeks i have had it.

My laptop gets hot really quickly?
I've had my laptop for a few months now, and it seems to be heating up really quickly.I log onto my account, open my usual tabs facebook, deviantart, habbo, etc and then, when I start to update my status or anything like that, it starts to get really heated up. The time it takes to get really hot is usually 10 15 minutes into when I've turned it on. It's a Presario CQ56. Anyone knows why it gets hot really quickly?

It's a pretty decent laptop. I have a sony vaio with an ATI radeon graphics card, 4gb ram and a 2.00 ghz intel pentium processor. It costed me around 700 when I bought it. I am still paying for this one and I don't have the money to go throwing around to buy anything more fancy.Since downloading every expansion for the Sims 3 I notice that my laptop gets hot when I play it. My laptop gets hot and colors appear then slowly goes white?
A while ago my laptop turned green then checkers of other colors appeared, the colors then slowly changed to white. I turned it off and wanted to see what happened. The laptop became really hot and did not let me on the internet, i would open it and it would close it. I did a scan and it said i had a trojan, it said it removed it but every time i scan again...it is there.

hi i have a hp g62 and it its always hot, i only use msn and youtube and it gets super hot, it gets so hot the keyboard is too hot to touch. i got this repaired twice by pc world as i'm under warranty i only had it for 4 months. the first time they cleaned the fan the second they replaced something inside the laptop. and i received it today and its flaming hot again why ? and what should i do
