Is there a way to connect an internal laptop harddrive to any computer?I saved my laptop HDD a while back from an old laptop and I am looking to get some files from it. Problem is as of right now my laptop only supports 1 HDD.I wont be able to get to my desktop as I am pretty far away from home, and will be for a while, but if you know of a way just let me know.

I have to hit it sometimes for it to work, the laptop had a new motherboard for other reasons and the laptop used to do this but then stopped. I accidently pull out my laptop harddrive (system), while the system is running, is it fatal?
so it's a laptop, and it has heating problems.so i removed one of the bottom cover so that the harddrive is exposed to get rid of the extra heat, what i didn't realize is since I removed the bolts and nuts that hold the harddrive in place, the whole thing is actually mobile then one day, i accidently slide it out of the socket, the harddrive within the laptop system is detached while the whole windows system is running strangely nothing happened, and i push it back. my question is somehow windows 7 64bit with 4GB RAM can survive a no drive situation by running entirely on RAM??? creepy isn't it?

Toshiba Laptop Harddrive Replaced But Need Windows?
My Toshiba Satellite C655 laptop was recently shipped to Toshiba through BestBuy for a replacement hard drive. The restore disk I had was accidentally thrown out by my cousin and I have no money to replace it. What can I do in order to get my laptop working again? I need it for school. Please do not suggest buying a disk from Toshiba I have NO money Is there anyway they can remotely access my computer to fix it or anything?

HELP with laptops harddrive and memory space!!!?
Okay, just got a nice new laptop. It has about 640 GB of memory. In My COmputer, its split up into OS C drive and Harddrive D drive ..... OS was give only 150GB and the rest in Harddrive.....harddrive is an empty useless folder basically. Everything is in OS. Now its pretty much full and i have No room. Ive tried downloading different programs for partion size changing, and ive tried Disk Management to try and increase the space.....NOTHING works, and I Know what im doing but I cant expand increase the OS space. I can shrink the Harddrive but every way ive tried to move or change the OS drive space hasnt worked. PLEASE HELP???
