Am I entitled to a refund of my laptop? HP G72 Laptop, purchased in 2010?
The lap top has been in repair before as the fan sounded REALLY loud Aug 2011 and it suffered overheating and needed a brand new heat sink, 2 stick of RAM and a new CPU chip. Now, 04 Jan 2012 my problem is that my laptop runs really slowly. I will have 1 programme running and CPU will be at 100 %. I have a Core I3 processor & 3GB RAM. P.S I have looked into the processes tab of Task Manager and revised the tasks running All looks normal . I have also done a anti virus check and everything is clear Many Thanks Mark I have a 2 and a bit year guarantee in the laptop and the amount of data on a computer doesn't matter surely??
