Does Anyone Else Have Problems with Dell laptop keys falling off?
My mom's laptop has maybe five keys that have fallen off and mine right now is just one...These are brand new laptops almost a year old

wont click back in. the metal on the keyboard cracked so it wont hold the key down. should i buy a whole new keyboard and put it in myself or is there a place that can fix it for me? does best buys geek squad do it or any other big company? i live in los angeles

Acer laptop key fell off and wont snap back on?
I was cleaning under the keys on my Acer Aspire laptop so I took some off to clean under them. Most of them snapped back on just fine but two keys are giving me problems. One key won't push down all the way and is not easy to use...and another key snaps on but wont stay on when I use it. When I type with that key it pops off. Idk how to fix this....please help.

My laptop key fell off help!?
I was trying to clean dust out from under the edges of the keys and the key that kind of manually right clicks popped off. the little pieces on the bottom of the key look like they r fine but the key won't pop back into place. I have a toshiba laptop I know I can take it to best buy ad have them fix it I'm under warrenty but I'm afraid they might have to send it off somewhere else to get it fixed andI KNOW that takes a while. Is there anyway I can fix the key?I've tried pushing it down into the space but I think something is best because one side sticks up and it comes off easily

Okay, so the down key on my laptop fell off. I just got it last sunday. The key was a little crooked, but I ignored it. Well, today I went to use it, and as soon as I touched it it fell off. The little latch on the plastic thing is broken. So if I take it back to best buy with the receipt, can they just put a new key on? If not, what will they do?

My N key on my hp pavilion tx2510us doesn't work to stick on anymore. While I took it off and put it back on I guess I pushed it too hard and a little piece of the plastic broke. I called Hp and they said they can't do anything about it because they don't sell the keys. Where can I go to fix or buy new keys from? I live in Illinois.

Ok so I just bought a new sony vaio laptop F series, and my esc key fell off I didnt tamper with it or smash it, it just fell off. I can snap it back on but it falls of again when I press it and it gets stuck to my finger. Is this fixable? Can I just take it to a shop and can they fix it?P.S. GRR technology makes me so mad these days especially laptops with all these problems, really makes me mad.

Dell XPS L401X laptop key fell off?
With a little help from my cat, I managed to pull one of the shift keys off my laptop. It's still partially attached, but loose. All the parts still seem to be intact. There are two white plastic pieces , a small metal rod and the key. Any clue how to fix it? Any websites that might help?

HiSince Currys fixed my laptop , they relaced the mainboard, i am having problems with the keys, 2 have came loose and wont stay on, caps lock is sticking and now a few other letters are going the same way, ie not working then coming loose, i never had this problem before the mainboard was replaced could it be connected?

Is there any way to reattach them. Its the fn key and the start key and they don't snap on.

I took my enter key off b c there was something under now i can't put it on. i can't pop it into place. If i can't do it is there anyone who can? like is there a store or w e where i can take or am i screwed?
