Laptop Key Replacement - HP dv7 quad edition?
Can someone tell me how to remove a key from a HP Pavilion dv7 quad edition laptop? I can't find any videos or articles telling me how the hinges look like on this laptop keyboard, and I don't want to risk breaking it by prying it open with a screw driver.
Laptop key replacements?
I have a laptop, and I dropped it on the ground. Two of the keys have gone missing the " M" and the " 6" Is there anything I can put on top of the knobbly bit to replace the key?Like a piece of tape or somethingThe bits the key slide onto are broken.
Laptop Key Replacement Problem?
Having dealt with many keyboards in my life, I was feeling quite confident when I went to clean under my " S" key on my new HP ProBook 6555b. When I attempted to remove the key however, I found a type of key unlike any I had ever seen before and I now find myself unable or at least unaware of how to return the key to normal. Enclosed are two pictures of my keyboard in regards to the strange key, and one in regards to how it looks when I try to fix it. Laptop key replacement?
Hey guys i recently pulled off the left arrow key on my Asus x58l Laptop and the key snapped and the little rubber bit underneath that looks like a nipple flew off when i took off the key. Can you help me find a store that will supply these parts, thanks guys, bye I havnt got that little rubber bit anymore
