I spilled coke on my laptop, keys stuck, touchpad stuck, how do I clean it?
Basically I had an open can of coke on a shelf, it fell down, and landed in the middle of my laptop. They keys aren't the major problem is the touch pad. I can take out the keys individually and clean them but I cannot for the touch pad. It is the kind that has the mouse buttons attached to the touch pad in one big square and it is now all sticky inside. How should I go about cleaning it? I am thinking I need to take the whole laptop apart and clean it from the inside. Does anyone know how to safely remove everything to get to the underside of the touch pad? It is an HP Mini 210 1100. Since I am asking something that might be difficult, if there are any professionals or experienced individuals that may provide me with detailed step by step instructions on how to do this please help. Thanks.Edit Sorry for confusion... Nothing is wrong with my computer, only the touchpad, on off button, and keys are sticky. The computer runs normally otherwise.Edit Nvm... No point answering this anymore I fucked up the laptop beyond fix ability. Pissed... >
Laptop keys stuck on laptop?
I have two keys stuck on my laptop I can still type but they stick. I have taken them off and cleaned them with water and windex is there anything I can do. I have already purshased a key protector.
Laptop Keys Stuck! Dell Inspiron E1405?
The space bar on my laptop sticks unless I push it really hard. I've only had my laptop for 11 months. Is this covered by my warranty? Is there anything I can do at home to make them loosen up? I've never spilled anything on the keys nor is there excessive dirt and dust.
Brand new laptop key sticking after accidently spilling Red bull on it?

Laptop keys sticking?
My friend spilled soda on her laptop last week and although so far it seems to have no damage to the computer, the keys are now sticking considerably. This is most likely due to the spill, if it is, what can be done about it? Thanks.
Laptop keys stick...what are my options?
I have a dell Inspirion 3700 and the a, y, alt, z and c keys are always sticking. Can I buy replacement parts or keys? Is there something I can do to check why it is doing this like take the keys out? Is anyone esle having this problem? The keys do look a little worn...what are my options. Laptop key stuck ON & keyboard not working?
Hi I have a ADVENT k4000 laptop which ever since I spilt a tiny bit of water onto the keyboard it has been playing up the laptop was shutting down an nearly of when the water was spilt anyway I left it & then some keys works on the keyboard some didn't then the mouse stopped working , then working again ... I have been using the onscreen keyboard but for some random reason the " " key is stuck on so I took it of completely but it's still on . Is their any chance that this might have affected the software or the drivers? Because I thought if it was just a physical problem due to the water the keyboard would not act as if it has got a mind of it's own.Does anyone know how to disable that one " " key from sticking on just temporary until I can get a new keyboard or something ?Thanks
Laptop keys sticking?
I just got a laptop about a month ago, recently i have noticed that it has gotten very hard to type my keys aren't working and are sticking.. and i have to press hard to get the keys to work.. is there anyway i can fix this?
