Can i repair the pink and white wire on my laptop lcd screen?
they are just severed, can i reconnect it just but connecting the severed parts or do i need a new screen.

Can i replace a laptop lcd panel with a different sized one?
i've got a broken lcd panel on my laptop and i have a couple of screens from older laptops, about three years old so not so old. the replacement that i want to use is 10 16 but the original size of the lcd of my laptop is 9 16. i won't mind if the screen wont fit because i somehow just use this laptop at home like a desktop pc. they have the same cables and plugs.i can replce it also with the inverter, do you think will this work?

Thanks for looking.My laptop worked perfectly until it was dropped.the LCD appeared to be bad so i replaced it with a new one. this worked for a few hours and it wend white on the bottom half of the lcd. So i replaced the power inverter.same problem.i get great video until the windows login screen comes up. then i get the normal screen on the top half and white on the bottom. Thanks
Can i turn a toshiba laptop lcd monitor into a working desktop monitor?
i had a broken toshiba satellite laptop and i had salvaged the parts from it, i now have a working lcd monitor with the video card all fuctional and im was wondering if it were posible i could use that to make a pc display. how am i able to turn that big wire with the white end and the other 2 wires that connect to the video card into a VGA and power it on?
How to remover water stains on laptop lcd screen?
yesterday i attempted to clean my gateway laptop NV5922h and water seep through beneath the screen, so i used a hair dryer to dry out most of the water, after the water dried it left back some white streaks ,here picture of the stains marks pic.twitter.com xabDI6Oy any advice is greatly appreciated.

my laptop lcd stopped working all of a sudden.. i turned on the laptop and all i could see was a black screen with varying brightness depending on what was actually meant to be displayed.. the laptop was booting as i could hear the windows log in sound after a while.. what is the problem? my laptop is under warranty.. is it repairable or does the laptop have to be replaced? model asus k53sv sx521d

I accidentally dropped my laptop and now the screen has a long crack with a line of red pixels that won't go away. I have a Toshiba Satellite L455D S5976. Where can I take it to get it repaired and how much will it cost?Note I've seen some videos on how to replace the screen myself, but I don't want to end up making things worse.
