My laptop mouse pad wont work!?
It allows me to click on things and open up the internet and all that stuff, but it wont allow me to write in any of the boxes, but it will let me type in the top webpage box and the very top of the screen, just not anywhere else. So i know this is not a keybored problem, any thoughts?
Why is my laptop mouse pad/cursor not working?!?
I have an Acer Aspire laptop, with Windows 7. My cursor just yesterday was working perfectly fine, but now it's all messed up It will be working for about two seconds, and then will freeze up for five seconds, and then will work again. What is wrong with it? What can I do to fix it? My dad's laptop is doing the same thing, and neither of us know what is wrong Please help
Help with laptop mouse pad! Stopped working :(?
I have a samsung RC520 laptop I have had a few problems with it like blue screen errors, mouse pad not working ect. I did a system restore which has fixed everything but the tracker pad. I have a feeling that there is no driver on my computer for it though because I cant see it on the Device manager. I have looked on the samsung web site for driver downloads but had no luck finding my laptop model Anyone have any ideas? I went into both the device manager and control panel and clicked hardware then mouse, I clicked mouse properties and it shows that I do not have a mouse connected. If I plug a separate mouse in my USB then that mouse appears both here and the device manager.
HP laptop mouse pad question?
Im using the touch pad on my laptop as of now and I have one problem with it. Say im playing a video game. Whenever I press a key on the keyboard the mouse pad is unresponsive. So if im holding the key 'w' then while im holding that key i cant move my cursor. Its a little hard to explain but if you know how to fix this it would be appreciated if u responded thanks.My usb ports are not working at the moment so i cant use a regular mouse so please dont say 'Buy a regular mouse'
HELP my laptop mouse pad won't work?
I spilled a few droplets of water on it and I wiped it off, then it stopped working. So I plugged in a mini back up mouse I had which worked for awhile... then later it didn't work anymore. I thought oh maybe I should restart my computer, but that didn't help either. So my mom bought me another mini mouse because I thought maybe the battery was dying. Turns out the new mouse doesn't work either The cursor is just plain stuck in the middle of the screen and will not move When I push a bunch of random keys the mouse then just dissapears. I might be doing something stupid that's obvious what's wrong... that's usually the case . I don't know what to do Help? I'm using my back up computer P I have a dell inspirion laptop by the way.what do you mean go back a few weeks? how can i do that IF THE MOUSE IS BROKEN
My laptop mouse pad and keypad are working periodicaly?
I'm using a Toshiba Satellite P1000 and the mouspad and keyboard aren t working. When the windows xp loading screen comes up the blue login Loading Screen i can move the cursor with the touchpad, however as soon as it loads windows up to the desktop, it no longer works, along with the keyboard. I used to use a wire keyboard and mouse by Logitech but I have since uninstalled all the programs from them and now I m using a wired Microsoft mouse which works but I haft to use " handicap" keyboard in accessories. Sometimes the pad and keyboard will work but I have no idea why. The drivers are Toshiba Synaptics but sometimes it works so i don t know if it necessary to reinstall the drivers.
What is the scrolling feature on the laptop mouse pad called?
I am talking about the scroll on the actual laptop mouse pad. The Dell Latitude E6410 has this feature. The mouse buttons on my laptop mouse pad won't click?
I just got this laptop about 2 weeks ago. I was watching a show online and when I minimized it from my screen the mouse buttons on my laptop wouldn't click. the touchpad works fine it's just the clickers that won't work. i tried going in and uninstalling both the mouse and the keyboard and doing the required restarts and it still isn't working. What else should i do why is it doing this?
How to turn on laptop mouse pad?
i some how turned off the tapping option for the pad on my laptop. the pointer will move, but i cant tap on the pad to click or use it to scroll. im not really sure what i did, but i would really like to turn it back on

Laptop mouse pad not working.?
Okay I got my laptop a while ago lets say about a year. And 6 months after I got it the mouse pad started to act funny. to this day it does not follow my finger and when i touch it it goes away from what Om trying to click. BUTTTTT when I shut my laptop and open it back up it tends to stop doing it I don't need anything else but what you think amy be causing the problem. ps my warrenty has expired

when i go to my pictures it just shows a blue decorative screennn is there anyways that i cann get it to show the picture instaead of having to click on it to see what it is ?? and also on the mouse pad for a laptopp on the side were you can run ur fingerss down the mouse thing and the page wud scroll down.. mine wont do that anymore... helpp?
Laptop mouse pad not working with keyboard?
My Acer 7740 6656 laptop's built in mouse does not work at the same time as my keyboard and visa versa. In other words, I can't move the mouse while typing. However, if I plug in a wired wireless mouse into the USB port it works fine. I hate having to use a mousepad and all that, should I just send it in to get fixed? Is this a known problem for this laptop?I play some computer games, so this is an issue sometimes.
