New laptop mouse problems?
i got a new laptop around a month or 2 ago, i have a mouse pad but i just use a USB plug mouse and recently especially today its been playing up on me , i don't know if its the mouse or the computer itself but it was randomly scrolling on a web page without me controlling it. i did a scan check for any virus' or spyware nothing came up i'm using McAfee .i don't know if this helps but the only thing i have installed on my computer is the Sims and i didn't have the serial code so i got it off the internet but i don't know if that would affect my computer .whats up with my laptop?

Wireless laptop mouse problems?
I've had my wireless mouse for a little under a year. It's admittedly a cheap one...just a Microsoft Wireless Optical that was about $30. But today the dongle just stopped lighting up, and the mouse immediately stopped working. I tried it in all of my laptop's USB ports, but the problem seems to be with the dongle and not with the port. When I plug it in, it will light up for an instant before going dark again, and as long as the light on the dongle is off, the mouse will not work.Any tips, or do I have to buy a new mouse? I had a similar problem with my last mouse of this type, but it was after almost two years, so I figured it was just its time to go. If I have to get another mouse I will probably invest a little more in it, but I'd like to see if I can salvage this one. Thanks Should have mentioned, a new battery was the first thing I tried, and that's not the problem.

evry time i open my laptop..the mouse cursor won't response ,,I'm using a usb mouse...but it won't response an it keep the cursor to the corners..I tried the touchpad ...still no response..I tried the finger sensor..still no response...what do you think is the problem...software or hardware..If software...how could I fix this????

Laptop Mouse Problem?
Well I got my laptop a little under two weeks ago. Only thing I think is bad about is it the mouse pad and keys.The pad itself is a bit slow at times when using it, but when I'm typing it clicks randomly and moves the cursor to wherever the mouse is placed. Any fixes for that?Regarding the keys, the right click works fine. However the left one was making a click sound every time I used it so I pressed down hard on it and it stopped but now the button is sorta depressed and unresponsive at times. Any way I can fix that without sending it on or taking the entire laptop apart?

Help laptop mouse problem?!?!! 10 points to whoever can help me?
i have a dell inspiron 1525 and the laptop mouse clicker things havent been working for months... in the bottom right hand corner of my screen it has an icon for the touchpad and sometimes it says that im pressing both the clickers when im not and then sometimes itll say im clicking one and not the other and when this happens it just makes my mouse go crazy... its been driving me mad and i dont remember spilling anything on it and i just want it fixed PLEASEEE help me

Laptop mouse problem please help?
Not the actual mouse but the touch part of the laptop that acts as the mouse. When I hover the pointer over different things it clicks onto them anyway even don't I didnt intend it. How do I fix this?

Laptop mouse problems?
I have a acer laptop and it's working perfectly. It's two years old but there is onre problem for 2 days now the mouse has not been moving around and i don't have a plug in mouse its one built in the the laptop so i was wondering if any of you guys have this problem and know what i should do i have already tried turning it off and restarting but no luck It's a acer home basic vista thats all i no but I have had it two years so it isn't one of the newer models

My mouse touch pad on my Acer Aspire 5520 randomly starts moving where its wants and starts automatically clicking things sometimes and I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem?Also sometimes it just stops working all together.If there are any fixes for this then I would appreciate if you said

this problem started happening a few minutes ago.when i usually drag the mouse to the very right of the screen, it stops right at the edge and won't go any further. now, however, it goes past the physical screen if i don't stop it precisely and takes a moment to bring it back. i have an hp pavilion dv7 4183cl.any suggestion?

Laptop Mouse Problem?
Hi,I have a laptop whose mouse does appear on the screen and moves with great ease, the only problem is that when I try to use it to scroll down the page it does not. I dont know whats wrong. Can anyone, please help me out? LBTW it has worked previously with no problem until today.

Laptop Mice Problems?
It started recently. Just as I am normally working the cursor just freezes on the screen and doesn't get any signal from the mouse. The mouse is still working but the red light is flashing every 5 seconds roughly..... My touch pad works with no problems even when the mouse blocks. To fix the problem I have to hibernate sleep or restart the laptop. My question is where the problem could be and if possible is there any other alternative solution without turning it off. I bought a new mouse because I thought it's from the mouse but it still happens with the new mouse as well. If plug out the mouse that have just blocked and plug in the other one it still doesn't work so it's something from the laptop ... I've tried all ports still the same problem. Thank you in advance P
