My laptop mouse stopped working?
For some reason my laptop mouse stopped working? The keyboard still works but for some reason the mouse wont work. The primary and secondary buttons still work when I click on them. But when I try to move the mouse it wont work. I can really use some help right now.Its a dell inspiron 15Im talkin about the touchpad mouse

Okay, here's the deal..you see there was some stuff on my laptop mouse so I put some germex on it, and it stopeed working about 15 25 min later? Is that the problem, or something else. Cause I coneccted a regular mouse and it works fine. Please helllp me Tell me the problem. Thanks, Monica

I have a Averatec laptop the mouse worked fine when it " fell asleep" , but when I tried to get back on, it wouldn't work the touchpad or the buttons. How can I fix it? Thanks
Laptop mouse stopped working?
I have an Emachines mini laptop. Recently, the mouse stopped working. its just stuck on the screen. when i start my computer, if i go really fast, i am able to move it for the first 1 2 seconds of being on. After that, its stuck. I am using my computer by keyboard commands only, and its a pain in the butt. I looked online and tried to find some solution that would work. I tried going into my control panel and also into my mouse properties but neither of those worked. I also did something someone suggested called 'power cycling' where i took the battery out and just ran it with it plugged into the outlet. What can i do? someone please help.I also just went to emachines.com and downloaded the driver for my touchpad. I completely removed the old one, installed the new, and restarted. It still doesn't work. ALSO...now ALL my pictures are missing. Seems to be just the pictures, nothing else.
Why did my Laptop mouse stop working all of a sudden?
I'm on my laptop its a Toshiba running Windows Vista.All of a sudden the built in mouse stops working on it. I can't use it and I can't use the left click and right click.. they won't work either. The only way now is to plug in an actual computer mouse and use that.This just started happening today. I turn on my laptop.. the built in mouse and left right click works for a minute.. and boom it stops working.. then I have to plug in my actual mouse.Actually it just started working again right now.. but I know it will stop again.. its done it once already.. I re start.. and it does the same things.Also I went to the control panel clicked on " mouse" under hardware and sound and when I click it it says this " Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item." PS it stopped working again aghhdoes anyone know how to fix this or whats wrong? Picture of error here tinypic.com r 29x6o0m 7thanks

ok so it was acting fine until i turned on my computer the mouse worked , logged on the mouse still worked , but once everything was loaded on my computer it just froze ?? it only works when i use safe mode right now im using safe mode with networking but still how do i get it to work agian???? thnx

helpi have a laptop and the mouse that is built into it has stopped working i think i might have locked it up i have have tried everything rebooting going into the settings nothing works the only way i can work the computer is to use a pug in mouse. please help my mouse that is built into laptop and it is like a sensor pad i think but it stopped working i can only use plug in mouse. please make it work

Laptop mouse stops working,orange light?
