HP laptop pad help!!?
I can't move the mouse using the laptop pad WHILE pressing any button W D S A spacebar . I had to lift up the button first in order to move the mouse, which can be quite inconvenient since I use powerpoint and edit move around a lot
Suggest laptop pad + writing pad.( 2 in 1)?

I have an Acer laptop with Windows 7. I let my Dad borrow my computer for a week and I don't know what the hell he did to it. He hates the touch pad mouse on the laptop, so he plugged in a mouse. Now only that mouse works and not the mouse pad on my computer. I've tried unplugging the mouse, restarting my computer, ect. Nothing work, and this mouse sucks

I installed vista premium the other day, and i realized that my scroll bars on the laptop pad wont work...help
the touch pad on my laptop works, i can move the mouse around, but those little bars that run vertically and horizontally, arent working, i cant find anything to fix it when i check the mouse options in the control panel, it stopped working after i installed vista, i just want the scroll bars to work...

How do I set up the Akai Professional LPD8 Laptop Pad Controller to use for drums in Ableton or Traktor?
I have the Akai Professional LPD8 Laptop Pad Controller and I haven't been able to do a single thing with it yet. I have the editor software installed and have tried working it in Ableton and Traktor and I haven't had any results and I've been at it for probably 4 hours or so. Please help I'd like to use this for drums mostly and I haven't a clue how to set it up in programs. I have it set as the MIDI device. I assume it's mapped incorrectly possibly.
Laptop pad is fine then starts acting weird, is this a problem with the pad itself?
It will be okay for a while then the left side is okay but the middle part and right part doesnn't work a hardly at all unless i use it a certain way. And then at that point it won't scroll the page up and down. I just bought this laptop about three weeks ago and don't think it could be anything wronlg with it. Tried settings, and unistalled the driver. Now when i type it my blinker jumps around causing me to type in different places. So i'm gonna reinstall it and try it. It is not me turning off the pad, because it still works just only on one side. It started doing it more and more, have tried scansing for viruses but will try again. Anyone had this problem or anyone know what to do? Sorry for grammar, the thing was jumping around.Aww i'm so sorry It really just bugs me and scares me since it's brand new and is doing this. Seems fine now that i restarted it always does It may be that the battery needs to be taken and reinserted... Idk
Not using my laptops pad, remove the software?
Synaptics Pointing Device Driver, i think this is the software for my laptops pad...can i remove it since im not using my laptops pad?
