That looks to me like the screen hinges. You may need the LCD cover plastic also if they're broken. If you know someone who is good with laptop repair, you could buy the parts and do this with their help. Otherwise, I'd send it in to a shop to have it done. The anchors for the LCD hinges often attach to the bottom of the laptop underneath the motherboard and all of the other components, so you essentially have to take the laptop completely apart to replace them.

IF YOU HAVE A STAPLES, OFFICE/ COMPUTER SUPPLY PLACE TAKE IT THERE. THEY ARE ALSO KNOWN FOR FIXING REPAIRING LAPTOP/ COMPUTER REPAIRS ETC/ GO IN TO THERE FRONT DESK AREAS AND ASK FOR THERE TECH/ PERSON/ THEY DO ON SIGHT REPAIRS IN THERE STORES ET CV

Most likely you are talking about the laptop hinges. You may be able to remove the plastic bezels and tighten the, but be very careful, they can break if tightened too much. You will have to try and find a service or maintenance manual for your model on HP's website.

Might help to know what laptop you have but either way the 2nd pick seems to point at the LCD bezel and the 1st pick is the lcd back cover(don't really know what it's pointing to). the link is for how to disassemble the laptop, might not be exactly the one you have but it's similar. you can find bunch of cheap parts on ebay. Good luck with it.

I would class the items you point to as the hinge bezel and lower screen bezel If you had said the name of your laptop I may have been able to search for them for you

A quick note on the other person's response, fixing it in store depends on the Staples you go to. Some will do so, some won't. All depends on what the technicians view their skill levels to be. I believe, however, that's all one piece that you're pointing at. Should just be called the top bezel. It's also not what keeps the screen up. It just protects the wiring underneath, and if memory serves, also has the power buttons and quick launch buttons attached. Hope this helps.
