Okay, so I have an HP Pavillion.I got it in 2009.So, I'm having a problem with the mouse. The right button on the mouse is kinda loose. Not loose, like " oh it's gonna fall off if i press the button" . I don't know if you understood, but if you did, please answer my question.So, can this be sent back to the manufacturer to fix or can it not be fixed? oh, i hope it can be fixed HELP

Urgent laptop question answer asap plzz :(?
Two days ago, my laptop shut off during a vista update. When we turned it on, it wouldn't start. It went to this screen that says " media test problem, check cable." So also, located by the disk thing is this repetitive clicking. One website said try removing hardrive. My mother fears if we take it out all info will be lost. Please help. Also, if we take the hardrive out will we lose memory? Please...please help btw my laptop is a gateway amd turion64 mobile technology.
