Question: Does anyone know where to get a power connector on a laptop repaired?

I would like to drop it off in the Ridgefield CT area, but if it is cheaper I am happy to mail it off. Any suggestions? (It's an HP, not that that probably matters)

I would say that most likely it is easier to get it replaced. Most of the time when a power connector goes out depending on what went out on it it is cheaper and easier to do this.
